Intro sequence: a terminal briefly introduces Jason Mainella as an AI infrastructure architect, builder, and operator before revealing the full hero.

What I do

I build infrastructure that runs without me

Two decades of building systems\u200a—\u200afrom game hosting to drone hardware to crypto mining to AI pipelines. The tools changed. The pattern stayed: learn the edge, then build something real inside it.

Infrastructure since age 11
Game servers at 13, North America's #3 hosting provider by 17, global hardware ops by 25. Every system I've built taught the next one how to scale.
Operator, not experimenter
Mining farms, drone hardware in Costco, factory floors in Shenzhen. I don't prototype — I ship production systems where downtime costs real money.
Building the autonomous factory
Mindexa is an AI pipeline that builds, tests, deploys, and improves without stopping. Eleven agents. One mission. Systems that build systems.

How I think

Most people use AI. I operate it.

I didn't enter tech through theory. I entered by operating real systems under real pressure. That bias shapes everything I build.

Learn the system, then build inside it
Every chapter started by going deep — Linux at 13, PHP admin panels at 16, drone regulations, mining farm thermodynamics, LLM orchestration. Understand first, build second.
Failure is the best teacher
Lost companies to bad investors, geopolitical disruption, and partnerships that collapsed. Each one stripped away something fragile and left something resilient.
Automate everything that repeats
If I do something twice, the third time a machine does it. The factory runs 24/7 because every manual step I eliminated became a system that compounds.
